Delivery  Terms

This policy is intended to provide you with a thorough overview of our shipping rules and procedures. 

Free delivery for all orders in  UK 

Handling Time + Transit Time, and Order Cut-of Time 

Handling Time:  3 days  (Monday to  Friday  ) business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Delivery Time :  3-4 days  (Monday to  Friday ) business days. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping to  Zambia

 A shop will be opened in Lusaka-  To be advised. (Watch this space)  Otherwise delivery takes 14 days 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The actual delivery periods may differ based on the chosen shipping method and location, and all delivery dates are only estimates. Please be aware that delivery windows may be extended during busy times or on holidays.

Cancellations 

What if I change my mind?

If you feel that the item you ordered isn't right for you, you can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been dispatched.  

Damages:

We ask that you thoroughly inspect all items at the point of delivery. We advise you not to accept delivery of any damaged items. If you discover that an item has been damaged, please send clear photos of the damaged items to info@jeretailonline.co.uk so that we can open an insurance claim on your behalf.

Missing Parts

If your item appears to be missing any parts, please contact us at +44 07935993886 so we can assist you further in resolving the issue. When contacting us, please ensure you include the item name and code, along with the part you believe to be missing.

Incorrect items 

Please email us a picture of the incorrect item received, and we will arrange for the item to be returned and you will be sent the correct item. In the event that you return an item yourself, we will not be able to refund you for the shipping costs. 

Change of Address

We cannot modify the delivery address once it is in route. If you need to update the delivery address for your order, please email us at  norasefoundation@gmail.com  within 24 hours of placing the order.
